02 — Upload. Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Add from file → pick the .zip. Don't unzip it.
03 — Customise & publish. Click Customize, set your logo, colours, images and menu, then hit Publish — about 15 minutes with the guide, or add a paid installation above and we do it for you.
