Your store URL (if you have one), which edition you bought or are considering, and as much detail as you can. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot for anything visual.
I think I found a bug / something isn't working
Send the page URL and a screenshot or short recording of what's happening. Theme fixes are free for the life of the theme.
Do I get help setting up the theme?
Every purchase includes a written step-by-step setup guide. If you get stuck on a step, message here and we'll walk you through it.
Can you build the whole store for me?
Yes — done-for-you store builds, custom sections, logo and 3D logo animation are a separate service. See the Hire Us page.
What's your refund policy?
The theme is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If something isn't working, reach out first — we'll fix it.
