Refund policy

All sales are final. WebDesignerKon themes are digital products delivered instantly by download, so once a theme file has been sent we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

If something isn't working as described, or you run into a problem during setup, email webdesignerkon@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll fix it or get you set up — most issues are resolved the same day.

 

Paid installation add-ons (Install on my Shopify store, Install + create my Shopify store) are covered by the same policy — if we aren't able to complete the installation as described, we'll make it right.
